Hi,
Has anyone faced an issue with receiving the verification code when linking the application to a tracker account? When I enter my UCI and Application number, it says that a verification code has been sent to my email, but I never receive one. And without that I cannot link my application to the tracker account.
Received my AOR on the 17th of Jan.

Has anyone uploaded missing document using webform after getting AOR? I was asked to upload police certificate, which I did on 5th Jan. Still my status shows "document pending" in the tracking portal. However, I did get the confirmation email from IRCC stating they received the document which I uploaded using webform. Wondering after how many days my status in the portal will get updated and if anyone has been though similar situation before.

I submitted on Dec 2 2022, same issue as yours.
It says verification code sent to email but its not receiving. tried all troubleshooting steps diff devices incog stil not receiving code.
also verified email by calling them. got aor in the same email also but not receiving verification code.

I was asked to upload police certificate

I submitted on Dec 2 2022, same issue as yours.

When they ask you to do it? Did you have to provide a police certificate from Canada?

P.S In my city, the police make this certificate in 1-2 months.. May I should think about doing it in advance?

I think they mean December 1, 2022 --- American format

Strange issue right? Did you find a solution to this?
Is there any work around to track the application online now?

My app was delivered (paper) on 19th Dec 2022. I am yet to receive AOR.
My question is: If I missed AOR email i.e., lost/deleted via junk/spam, then is there way to get AOR again? How can I get my case number i missed AOR email. Any idea?

There are a few things you can try:
1 - You can use ECAS login to see if you can. This requires you knowing your UCI and a few other specifics.

2 - Call IRCC helpline and speak to someone, they can give you your application number if you missed the email.

3 - Check spam folders, search for terms like "IRCC" and see if anything comes up.

Processing times currently are still at 24 months? IS that accurate? Is it taking 2 full years to process citizenship applications?

Today, I got below email though I received my AOR on 12th Jan and created an account on https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/. But this mail has hyperlink to https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/ which does not work. Did anyone else get an email like that?

Yes, I saw a similar email this morning. Didn't click on any of the links since I already created a tracker account on Jan 14. I logged in to the tracker expecting to see some kind of update but nothing had changed.

https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/ is the old link which no longer works. As you already have an account on the new tracker continue using that. Looks like IRCC forgot to update there email template with the new URL.
