i reapplied my application on 7 dec for may intake in northern college pures campus in supply chain management course after refusal - can i get approval this time ?

No one can tell you. You needed to have address all reasons for refusal and you would have ordered GCMS notes to know why. May have asked to change programs as program must build on your education and career to justify costs.
You must have ordered GCMS notes to get the answer of their query. If you had understood the concerns of VO and addressed them well in your LOE then you can assume urself to get the ppr within 9 weeks as per current processing time otherwise fingers crossed

Well thats not normal as it has passed the normal processing time. However, you can do nothing besides waiting.

Nothing you can do. Talk to your school about last to to start classes and ask about deferral options.

My concern is that the IRCC may refuse my application, due to my letter of acceptance will expire in January 2023.
Have you raised any webform , did you applied for deferal to May intake and informed ?
They never replied back ? Where did you applied from and do you have any gap.in studies or any previous refusals ?
