Help please! Opened my profile Wednesday and it had been updated. On the application history it was saying “2 new updates”, however the only change I can see on my application is that the Citizenship Test went from “completed” back to “in progress”! What the heck has happened? Any ideas?
Ps: this process is soooo stressful

BG still shows completed.Test changed from completed to ‘in progress’. See that many have seen the same issue, makes no sense at all. Everything else has a star with new update next to it.

Highly unlikely that everything will now show completed followed by oath. I did my test on 01 Dec so no way things have moved in 15 days after stalling for 9 months. hopefully this glitch doesn’t push back timelines for processing. Super delayed already

My timeline is -:

AOR - March 30 (single, online)
FP and test request - Nov 08
FP done - Oct
Test done - Oct 31
BG check and test showing completed in tracker - Nov 08

I got request for passport pages including all blank pages on Nov. 23 and i send it on the same day through web form. No update after that.

i have a doubt, Is web form is the right way to send requested document?

Test status changed to "completed" today (Dec 16) and I took the test on Nov 7th, but somehow the update is dated Nov 10th. Why would anyone backdate an update? So the boss doesn't catch you!? LOL

My status is back to normal guys, showing all completed, but my husband's is still showing as not started . I think they're fixing it

Finally i also got an update my test today on Dec16 changed to complete . I took test on Nov 4 and update is showing Nov 7,

My file shows as "updated" as of today 16th. However all three pending sections still remains without a change - Overall process still in progress - Language skills, Prohibitions, Physical presence - No updates
