Nationality and country of issue doesn’t match

Hi all i have a question. I’m in the process of study permit extension and when i try to upload my imm file it gives me an error message saying my nationality and country of issue of passport doesn’t match. But i renewed my Indian passport in Vancouver. So it will not match and I’m not giving the wrong answer. How can i bypass this error?

The country issuing the passport would be India. Thats what you have recorded in your info correct?

yes the passport is issued by India. But the column says “place of issue” and as per my passport the place of issue is Vancouver
