Hlo guys I have same like yours , outland spouse sponsorship , I have sent paper file on 20 sept and standard delivery expected was 23 sep but it delivered on 2 Oct via online tracking canada post , now which date will be considered ?
how much time they are taking for our files and what are timing for AOR

We just submitted Spousal application Outland but we have forgotten to include a Document Checklist, just trying to figure if our application will be returned? What can we do to include a checklist in the application?

Been trying to link application to sponsor's CIC account but could not find application. Could not register on PR tracker either. Does anyone know how to track application status?
