OINP Certificate of Nomination will not add 600 points to CRS Express entry score?

I am not able to get my head around it. Today I received certificate of nomination from Ontario.
It says
This letter confirms that you have been nominated for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program. You must apply
to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) using a paper application form. Please note this
nomination is not valid for Express Entry.

The waiting time for non-express entry is 22 months. So I wasted $1500?

same, I got the nomination today, don't know what to be done, some says now all applications are online but it says pen and paper based

You applied under a non-Express Entry PNP stream. So yes, this nomination is not valid for Express Entry and will not get your 600 points. Some PNP streams are Express Entry streams and some are not.

I don't understand your question.

The nomination allows you to apply for PR. You just can't do it through Express Entry.

It has to be applied online only starting Sept 2022.
Master graduate stream does not have express entry. You will still get PR. But in 22 months.
