Date and sign on forms

Hi Everyone,

Please help me with below 2 queries:

1) I'm PA in India and being sponsored by Sponsor (husband) from Canada. At the moment we both PA and Sponsor are in India and working on my file. Is it fine if we submit file from India (we are filling Representative form as well as he's filling form on my behalf)?

2) Wanted to confirm if the date of signature on forms and date of form submission should be same or we can sign forms now and submit after 2-3 days?

1) As long as your husband is a Canadian citizen and exclusively living outside, the application can be submitted from India.
2) Both are fine. You can also post dated and submit it after 2-3 days.
