Email from who, sorry? If you mean copr, it will be posted on your PR portal from which you will download it. First you will get email that your application has been finalized. Then in a few days you will get PR portal credentials where you will upload your pictures. Then again a few days later you will get email that your copr is ready for download. All in all a couple of weeks for all this.

My wife applied for study permit and work permit. Her work permit got refused a week ago but her study permit approved 2 weeks ago.
She is starting her study on January 7 2023.
Given I got AIP Nov 2 we don't want her to study and to keep working on SIN. Given this scemario can she keep her job and work despite that she doesn't have work permit at this moment?
Does she need to quit her job because she doesn't have a work permit valid? She has AIP and a study permit starting school on 2023
If she doesn't quit her job, and keep working without saying anything about her work permit refused will it be prejudicial for our H&C?

Hi Everyone, can you please share any refusal reasons you are aware when HC is refused. My refusal is super vague so Im waiting for them to send me the notes... Officer in official refusal letter said she/he considered all the factors and does not think they are sufficient to grant HC.... my factors were: Best interest of child, consequences of separation from relatives, ties to Canada and no ties back home... provided strong evidence for each factor.
So you have to request refusal notes to see why office refuse file. My first H&C office states I didn’t show that my children where integrated in Canada society even thought all my children are Canadian. Office states that I didn’t show tax assessment for all years I am in Canada and working. No daycare. And I didn’t show that I can not survive in my home country. My lawyer did that one. So I did second one on my own with no lawyer arguments just plain English. In my own words

Thanks for the details! Canadian born children are not integrated in Canada? Wow! Thats not very logical reasoning.....I requested the notes so lets see what was the officer's actual point
She needs to sort this out with HR of the company she works for and declare her work permit refusal. I strongly advise against unauthorized work. They will find a solution for her. I remember I had a student once working on my team and he did not get work permit on time. So HR paused his contract, and when he sent them confirmation that he submitted application for post-study work permit, they allowed him to continue. Also, many students can work up to 20 hours per week - please verify conditions of your wife's study permit to see if she can perhaps work part time while on student permit.
Usually this will be lack of evidence to substantiate
1. That Your children will be negatively impacted by removal
2. That Your country has inadequate medical care etc.
3. That You have strong ties in Canada (weak references, little work experience etc.)
You will have to add more proofs and pray it goes to a different agent next time.
