I haven't received any update since test completed in 3rd May 2022.. almost 6 months now

Which one shud I chose?

I don't see those options. At the beginning, for *Please select the Department where you would like to submit an Access to Information or Privacy request.

Hi all,
i have no update since my test marked complete 6 July, and zi really don’t know what is my processing office, I live in Edmonton though.
They asked for passport n proof of return to Canada which I did on the 22 July, but haven’t seen any response and I called the IRCC a month ago, agent said they received my email but no action taken yet n I should just wait!
Any thoughts what should I Do?

Which one shud I chose?

Choose "1", i.e. Status update of file/reasons for refusal... You don't need to attach anything. Just make sure you choose that you want to get info on your citizenship application. I personally would first request the ATIP notes from IRCC to see your actual citizenship application file and notes. Then later if you want you can request CSIS or you can request two separates ones, one from IRCC and one from CSIS.
