PR Card Photos rejected

And did you write down the name and DOB at the back of each photos?

The address is correct for regular email. below is the snippet i received in the email:

Costco gave me stamp on one of the photos and also stamped the date. Name and Date of Birth I wrote myself. If the date of the photo taken is not stamped, you can write that too.

Yes, you can get another set from a different studio.

I have picture taken but I have a bit doubt because it is somewhat glaring. Studio said they are familiar with requirements. What do you think? Should I take another one?

Ask them to retake it or guarantee free retake in case of rejects

hi, I received and email from CIC saying that your photo does not meet the required specifications, so I send it photo again, but please tell me anyone that how long it will take to get my PR card during this pandemic corona time, because my dad is sick I need to go back in my home country for take care of him please answer me if anyone really know.

good morning all
me n my husband applied for pr on april 2021 and got our ppr on jan 19th 2022 and received our ecopr on 7th feb 2022.
the prblm is that my medical expires on march 4th and when i sent my passport for visa stamping they returned by saying "you failed to provide the photographs as stated in our instructions. kindly provide photographs as per specifications mentioned ."
now i have sent my photos and passport again....anybody faced such problem??? if they find prblm with the photos again they will cancel my visa too???????????

How did the communicate with you? They sent passports back or did u get an email?
also, visa wont be cancelled.Just resend the pics

i got to know only after i received my passport ..i sent my passport and required documents again by 19th feb 2022..(first time ircc received and started to process visa by 9th feb 2022,and by 17th they send me back without stamping my visa asking to resubmit my photographs).now its been 10 working days since my passport and documents under ircc for processing, still no update... tensed and worried.

1. Did the courier/ Canada Post register, express mail /UPS/ FedEx accept this address and you were able to get an acknowledgment from the courier?
OR

2. Did you have to send it to 49 Dorchester Street, Sydney, NS, B1P 5Z2 ?(The courrier address mentioned here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/offices/case-processing-centre-sydney-nova-scotia.html )


The reason i ask this is apparently some couriers/registered posts do not mail to PO BOX .
Any help on this appreciated!

I found one person who used canada post registered mail, and used the PO BOX # itself. But replies are hard to come by. Request you/anyone to please respond and confirm as well
