So far no updates. They sent me an email indicating my application was returned. I resubmitted it online on the same day. Did you apply yet?

Be patient, they will update you soon. When they returned your application, did they give you AOR? I applied last sept 17 but not AIP, its NBPNP, and I did my upfront medical last Sept 27, then last Oct 11 I received a furtherance request letter for my medical, need to redo my chest x-ray. and my panel physician booked me an appointment next week Oct 19. Hope everything is fine.

Hi a friend of mine submitted his AIP PR application but sad to say they returned it last Friday. upon checking her portal online app the nomination part is incomplete. She upload the endorsement certificate there and the referral letter to apply work permit. I am not sure what documents they need on that part. We think we uploaded correctly, the certificate of endorsement from the province. In this part what did you uploaded? thank you

How about the Offer of Employment to a Foreign National Form? I suggest submitting everything she used to apply for the endorsement and the documents required on the Checklist. That's what I did. Did the officer mention any specific document missing? When did she apply?

She uploaded as well offer of employment and all the list in the document checklist. only the nomination part is incomplete, the rest is submitted/completed. she applied sept 15. and returned Oct 14. she is pgwp holder expired last sept 18 but she applied the extension last June under public policy till now waiting for result. so we uploaded under proof of status is her pgwp permit expired sept 18 together with the confirmation of her application for extension and the email from the IRCC for work interim until march 2023.

Dose her Endorsement still in force? Or maybe they require a valid work permit if the employer doesn't have LMIA. Otherwise, I don't understand why the nomination part is incomplete.

Endorsement valid until nextyear Sept 2023.we don't understand as well. she asked from her employer if she needed to apply close work permit but employer said PGWP is fine as she is waiting for the result. employer gave LMIA for those who are going to apply for close work permit. In her case she doesn't need LMIA as per her employer. She is very upset now don't know what to do. in your portal under nomination part only the endorsement certificate you uploaded? what about the referral letter have you uploaded as well? thank you

I have the endorsement, Offer of employment Form and an employment letter submitted. If everything looks good, she could write a letter of explanation for this and try to submit again.

yeah writing an explanation might be help. Thanks She was international grad but 1yr and 1yr pgwp only and its expired, IRCC not specific when they returned her application, they just say application incomplete, then upon checking the uploaded files under nomination is incomplete.
