Another (silly) question : There are two diff emails in my spouse's and my application PDFs. Which email would they send AOR, both or any or would that create any problems for our file?

No problems, you both will receive separate emails for your AORs.

I am still waiting for AOR (Sept 6 delivery date)

I'd hope that once things and people get settled in again, we will see some progress on paper applications and AORs. This is just my imagination, but online apps might get more AORs during this time as they're already in the system.
