Hi Everyone,

Is there anyone who is waiting for Sponsorship approval Letter, Medical and Biometric request from IRCC.

I received AOR email on August 10, 2022 for my outland Spouse Application. Since then no communication from IRCC end. It is so weird that they have not even checked my eligibility for Sponsorship approval.

Application Submitted : April 30, 2022
AOR : August 10, 2022

Outland/online submitted on June 16 and AOR on Aug 23. waiting for sponsor approval

After medicals, completed on 20th of July 2022. I finally received a message requesting for Client Information under optional documents and when I clicked the link it shows use of a representative which has been already submitted. what should I submit now is there any additional form.

As far as I know, there’s no other form. Check with your representative. He/she may have better answer. let me know as well. My medical was updated on Aug 5 NDVO. Waiting

Thanks for this information. I managed to speak to my lawyer. My lawyer is in India and I am residing in Dubai. I will let you know on the next update. 20th July till today is nearly 2 months. I am sure they will not process before 2 months especially out of Canada. Anyways, 2 months is minimum -3 months is maximum if you dont receive a reply on your application within such time then they are thoroughly checking all details.

Hello, I share my timeline so far.
My documents have been sent to CPC Sydney from South Korea.
Anyway I have one question.. Is It common that background verification is updated later than pre arrival service message and eligibility ?????.....
As per other previous forums timelines, almost everyone gets pre arrival message + eligibility completion, + and back ground completion on the same day.
After Pre-arrival and eligibility update, there's no changes yet.

Jul 25, 2022 : Received the police certificate (PR tracker)

Jul 27, 2002 : "We are reviewing additional document" (GCKEY)

Aug 21, 2022 : Eligibility status has been updated to In progress (PR tracker)

Sep 8, 2022 : Eligibility status has been updated to Completed (PR tracker)

Just a lot of ghost updates now, usually 3-4 per week. Eligibility and Background Check are still marked as Not Started.

I received AOR as an email, no pdf. Email includes sponsor's UCI and application number

I think you are waiting for SA after AOR. I also received AOR on 29 August but SA not received yet. However, on PR portal, sponsor eligibility eligibility status changed to in progress. Did you check yours?

Did you check Sponsor PR portal? I am also waiting for SA after AOR. Sponsor eligibility went to in Progress status on Sept 10.
