Hi everyone, so unfortunately my application has been refused today, may ecas changed to decision made, I sent an email to Vancouver office asking for officer's arguments, I think they will send it this Monday.
Next step will be reconsideration, if reconsideration will not work, I will apply for JR.
I'm pretty sure that I have many strong arguments with many proofs and I don't have any removal order problems so probably he just wants to reject it...
I really hope to get good news soon !

If you don't have removal order, I recommend going for a brand new HC in English. JR takes over a year and approval chances are very slim. You risk wasting time.

Sorry i did actually and i got same email from same office within 10 days saying he did consider the new evidence but decision remains unchanged. I doubt he even looked at those new evidences. So i decided to change lawyer and prepared new file

I did have the refusal notes and submitted evidence accordingly but he was an asshole he didnt want to accept it thats it
