There are two formats of sponsor approval letter. Files which are transferred to Vancouver are not receiving third page on which PCC and medical is requested. It’s my observation.

NEED HELP. I have received PCC request today, however the address stated on the letter is my Canada address and not my parents address on Philippines. same thing in Medical report is this normal or i need to contact IRCC to correct the addresses .

My files is in Mississauga and it clearly says that they will send a separate email for Medical but doesn't say the same for pcc.For pcc it just says you need to submit the pcc .

Police Certificate: The principal applicant and their dependant family member (if
applicable) must provide police certificates from:
 The country where they currently live, and
 Any country they have resided for a period of six months or longer since the age
of 18.
Your relative is required to obtain the police certificate from that country’s law enforcement
authorities. Please send a copy of the original police certificate to this office as soon as
they receive it. Follow these instructions to ensure you provide the correct police

Thanks I received sponsor approval letter on April 2022 in that it is mentioned that file is forwarded to Vancouver. There was no medical and pcc request in that.is this normal , what is to be done.

same for me my file transferred to Vancouver office in July 2022 and no medical or pcc request.

Same for me sponsor approval on May 4th with intimation for file transfer to Vancouver till date no update neither Medical nor pcc

I received sponsor approval letter on Aug 20th. Yesterday Parents received another letter to submit PCC, Adhar card within a month. Medical done. File being processed in Mississauga office. No biometrics request. Parents have visitor visa for which they gave biometrics last year. Father's medical needs to be redone in October due to some complication in the lung due to long term COVID.

The letter also asks for my Adhaar card, voter ID and school leaving certificate but I am a Canadian citizen since 7-8 years and only have school leaving certificate and birth certificate.

Please help me, guys... under my in-law's application, I received a letter from IRCC that stated my husband is required to complete an immigration medical examination under PROOF of Relationship. Is this normal? If yes, Kindly help me where I need to book this medical.

same here as well. got a request for additional docs on May 5th, sent docs on May 22nd to the email listed in the request but status hasnt changed from "Returned"..
