Refusal instead of a good profile

Hey!
I filed my visa on 29th march and got a refusal on 21st June. I applied for a (PGD) 2 year Hotel and resort Management Program at Lambton College,, Mississauga.
Reason: The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with the temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

I have done culinary arts and got 9.64 CGPA and had two hotel internships as well.
IELTS 7.5
Currently I have applied at centennial college in (PGD) food media (8 months) program as one of my friend has got her visa with that program, having the same educational background.

Question 1: ITR of both parents are 10 lac plus. enough to apply?
Question 2: Should I add a CA report as well since this time it is only a 8 months program?
Question 3: Anything I should take care of this time before filing my visa?

Did you order GCMS notes to see reasons for refusal? That would help you know what to address.

1. How old are you? Show your own funds?
2. Your own funds/properties?
3. Get GCMS notes.

I am 22. I do not have much funds to show atm but have gold. however, my parents have two residential properties.
by the time Ill get my GCMS notes there wont be any colleges left to apply.

Gold and properties are not considered. Since you don’t want to wait then reapply. If refused then get GCMS notes. Your reason can mean many things - no education advancement, poor grades, poor IELTS, can’t justify costs, no career advancement.

Gold doesn't matter unless it's in the form of bullion - I don't even know why people show it. Visa for colleges is mostly about luck. Are your properties rented out? What financial documents did you attach?

GCMS notes have detailed information about the VO's reasons for refusal. Reading these comments can give you an edge in any future applications. It's possible to reapply and receive and approval without reading the GCMS notes but chances are definitely lower.

Also, colleges are not going anywhere. They will be open for business for the next term, and the next, and the next, and the... (well, you get the point). Sometimes is better to wait and submit a stronger application than to reapply without GCMS notes only to be refused again and then, you wasted 3 or more months of your time.
