I sent in my PR renewal packet in on June 23rd, 2022 and haven't heard back. My documents show delivered by the courier on June 27th so I know it was received. I have given my friend's address as I had to return back to USA. I haven't heard back or gotten a client ID #, any recommendations if I can call someone to get that?

I am in the same boat, sent mine July 11th and shows delivered but I have not heard back. I think I am going to call CIC tomorrow morning and see if I can get an update
I have applied for my wife pr card renewal last year in october and they started application in january. Decision made came in may. But still waiting for the card to be sent.
If you live in the US expect to have to come to Canada in person to pick up your PR card.
That's totally fine but I haven't received any notification of AOR yet. How long does that take?
I finally received an email with the UCI but when I try to link it to my account, it says :
Based on the information you entered, we found no applications.
Any idea why it does not pull up my application with the UCI?

I am now able to see the status of my PR renewal application and it shows In Process. How long does it take after this to get the card?
Well it depends from case to case and also on the officer handling your file.
After in Process. status will change to Decision Made and then to Complete once the PR card is mailed.
Mine was pretty fast.
Application Type: Paper
08-Aug-2022: Application Received
26-Aug-2022: AOR(email) + Status "Decision Made" in ECAS
01-Sep-2022: Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on September 1, 2022 + Status "Complete" in ECAS (no email)
Now just waiting for PR card to arrive in mail (probably next week).
Depends on many things but especially how close you are to the 730 days and whether you did a lot of travelling.
Hi can you please mention what supporting documents you have submitted, and did you include all pages of passport?
I didn't submit any supporting documents. Just the following -

Form IMM5644
Passport copy - First and last page + all stamped pages of old and new passport
PR card copy
Payment receipt

So, from application received to PR card in mail, it took 30 days for me.

My paper based of application for PR card renewal is sent back to me twice with two different reasons,Just now i see in my mail box my complete application is returned due to photo and all the application I filled and sent them was in old version 2014,
Can you please guide me how do I get new version and do I have to write name and my date of birth in one of my photos?
