Not necessarily. Mine is Tech and it took a month to change from Applied to In Process and then I got an additional documents request. It's been almost 2 months since I submitted my application, still waiting.
Hi I applied on aug 14th 2022 , my current BC PNP score is 131
NOC 0213. Can I expect an ITA in the next draw
Learned this from friends process that if there is additional document request than it takes couple of weeks but if all documents are in order with full information, chances are there that decision could be made in few weeks or just few days.

I received email stating that "A preliminary review of the above-noted application has been conducted", is that mean review of the application is done or in-progress?
My brother is working as a fast food supervisor from 12 months in BC. He is offered assistant manager position which is great to increase his points for EEBC.
my questions are:
1. Does the 1 year supervisor experience still counts as directly related if he apply with job offer as assistant manager?
2. Assistant manager job offer can be for 40 hours a week and about $25 hourly wage, this will increase the points, however, his supervisor position the hours were 30-35 and wage was $16. Will this be fine?
any advice is appreciated. Thank you

Yes you need a job offer. The BC PNP website has all the information and requirements.
So, wherever I read in this posts, someone put his/her file, is it with a job offers? Also, if you can help me on which website, I can search for those companies who are capable to hire International talents.
