Private Sponsored Refugees After Medical Examination

How do I know if my sponsors have received quarantine plan request? Do the embassy send it to both refugee and the sponsor ?
 
But my sponsors did receive quarantine plan request.. wondering why ? But I have been vaccinated against COVID 19. When I was giving medical iom offer asked weather I had been vaccinated or not.. could that be the reason that they didn't send quarantine plan ?

Great to hear ! Now you have to wait until your sponsors receive the quarantine plan.. can I know from which visa office are u applying from ?

My visa office is Singapore. How long it will take until my sponsors get quarantine plan ?
