Did you get any reply from your local MP?

No, nothing yet. They said they've sent the request to IRCC and to give them 10 working days to reply. If I don't from them in 10 days then I should ask again.

Hi all, could someone please help list down all the documents required to apply for Canada tourist visa. I want to check if I'm eligible. More importantly, can someone let me know how much balance is required to be shown in the bank statement to increase probability of approval?

Applied on the 24th of march, biometrics on the 28th and till today no news...sent a webform, they said they're prioritizing student and work permits.

I already missed my own wedding back in July because my fiancee's visa just won't come. Lol

It is absolutely ridiculous I applied last year to no avail this year again waiting since April - people have plans which they don’t realize I have many other visas in my passport which I got without a delay or fuss .

100% i just orered gcms notes. and basically the only notes are on the day the application was submitted. that's it.... no movement, nothing else

My aunt applied for a TRV from Dubai to come and visit me in Halifax, this is her timeline:

Application submitted: July 17th
Biometrics collection letter: July 18th
Biometrics done and uploaded: July 19th
Review of eligibility started: July 20th

No update since,
