Hi Everyone;
Can EOI for PNP (in those provinces where EOI can be submitted directly) be submitted with tentative IELTS score?

Regards....

What province? Not likely given you need a minimum score to submit EOI such as SINP.
Sasketchwan, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island! Can EOI be submitted with tentative score of IELTS e.g. say Tentative band of 7 in each of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.

Why not through Express Entry? How are you eligible for the provinces other than Saskatchewan? Have you done any research of those provinces?

NOI from Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia can be attained through Express Entry if Occupation In Demand meets Provincial criteria, Nova Scotia can also be applied apart from Express Entry but it requires Valid job offer.

Manitoba requires mandatory adaptability factor and EOI to be filed through PNP.

British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador requires Valid job offer.

New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island have their Express Entry but will require Federal Express Entry profile number and job seekers code.

Youkon, NorthWest Territory, Atlantic Immigration Program, and RNIP also require valid job offer.

Right so which one are you eligible to apply to? Do you have a job offer because if not you are very limited to maybe one province - SINP or AINP. Are you eligible for Express Entry? What is your IELTS scores? Eligibility score?

Ontario - not an option without job offer (path not through EE) or through Human capital stream based on CRS score of 460+
Manitoba - only an option if you have job offer and/or family/friends. If friend the score will be too low.

New Brunswick - need a job offer or connection (job offer, studied in province or job in demand)

PEI EE - based on NOC, in demand NOC, and/or job offer. Population of 150,000 so focus on specific NOCs to fill market needs.

Ontario- My occupation is in demand but requires high CRS Score
New Brunswick- an option through express entry NOI only
PEI PNP- my occupation not in demand
Nova Scotia- my occupation not in demand
Manitoba-my occupation is in demand but requires a mandatory adaptability factor e.g. family/friend/ or job offer.

Could it be possible for one to receive an NOI from a Province where Occupation is not in demand, then on filing how Province will consider the application for nomination?

Note: My IELTS score is no more valid, earlier achieved R 7 band, L 7, W 7.5, S 7, the tentative IELTS score with little improvement in listening will likely place around CRS of 400. I don't have any job offer right now.

You will not get a nomination if the province isn’t selecting the NOC. Once you have IELTS then submit profile. Options are SINP and AINP. Don’t know your CRS score or NOC so those provinces have to select your NOC and CRS (AINP) or provincial score (SINP).
