Hi can you please provide me details of your lawyer please don't play with us here in this forum if you want to do advertisement of lawyer. we are in stress and confused because i had experienced with lawyers they are liars. vary hard to believe.

A year ago we were in stress as well, spent around 50000$ going through consultants lawyers. I am not advertising anyone, its just for help. I can 100% understand this pain. my brother in Canada since 2011, got education , experience still his case was screwed by consultant.
its very hard to find immigration lawyer like him.

Hi @bella12 I had very bad experience with my first lawyer we came to Canada during pandemic time march 3 rd 2020 We don’t know about lawyer but some people suggested us lawyer as he has most experience lawyer almost 30 years so we went through them there were some forms which we filled on our own as they told you can do it own and when we filled and send them the lawyer didn’t check and send to the immigration. Before our hearing we got letter of misrepresentation and we were shocked as we don’t had any idea about it that we should mention it and on that basis they rejected our refugee claim

How are you doing ? It been a while. Anyways, My application has been approved.

In my AIP letter which I receive via email from IRCC, They listed some documents I will need to email to niagra fall for stage 2 and also PR fees for 515 dollars. I was also told I will need to do medicals. I use to think medicals request letter will come at the SAME time with AIP. In my AIP letter, IRCC said they will send me a copy of my medical request letter my email.

I guess my question is :

1) Do you know how long or soon IRCC will email me the letter to go do my medicals request letter ? keep in mind that I am given 30 days to respond to all their request in my AIP letter.

2) What should I do if i don't receive the letter or if i don't receive it on time ? Would you recommend I email IRCC should in case I don't receive it ?

I remember our medical request came 2 weeks after AIP so it may take some time. If you don't get it in 2 weeks, you can email Niagara directly (you should have email in your AIP) asking for med forms.

Thanks for the response. I will email Niagara towards the end of next week should in case I do not receive a copy of the medical request form on time

There is alot of difference between Canada and other countries like America and UK. There is a body in those countries that you can report a lawyer too and they can investigate them. I find that in Canada nothing is been done and they let them of the hook easily. They know that we are vulnerable and they use that to get money from us for their selfish interests it is left too us the vulnerable people to do a diligent Job before assigning your case from the start to someone with passion.

I prepared my case by myself as well. Got AIP on July 11. Don't hesitate to trust yourself. it is my first attempt, never hired an immigration lawyer.

Same for me. I did my second H&C myself and I got AIP June 27. Under a year of submitting. My first I got denied and I used lawyer. But it’s your choice thou. It’s how confident you can get in telling your story.

HI Swagzzy how do you know about this lawyer let me have done with him or somebody any personal experience because i send everything details to him he is saying he don't have time to see my decision. He said first pay the full amount then he will check review my decision rejection and listen to CD. what do you think before that nothing no advice and he did not tell me what will the procedure.

I am surprised he is asking full payment before attending to you. I am sure he can do something with first instalment and he can make a payment plan for you. He is young, vibrant and very responsive. He his a Jew and quite serious with his job. He seem to know his onion in my opinion and experience.
Talk to him and I’m sure he will help you.

I don’t understand what you mean by 2 last names. Please make me understand. You mean my first name and other name? The box requires only last name and it’s just one box.

Inside the only box for last name you should type your last name (father last name) then your mother’s last name
Has to be as is in your immigration application (unless you have 1 last name only)
