I am canadian citizen, living alone and no any single relatives lives in Canada or elsewhere. My son is 36 years old included in my application as dependant at the time I applied but did not come with me. Now I wish to sponsor him.
I am also planning to marry and sponsor my spouse at later stage. So can I sponsor my son first then spouse. Please advise me. Thanks

Are both of your parents deceased?

Are you already married?

Do you have ANY relatives living anywhere in the world, who are already Canadian citizens/PRs?

If you are not currently married, are you currently common-law (having lived together 12 months) with your partner?

My father is deceased (1978) and mother is living (88yrs old) back home country. I am divorced.
Since you can sponsor your mother - you unfortunately don't qualify to sponsor your son. If your son wishes to immigrate, he will have to qualify on his own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.

Yes I have few living back home country, I am the only one Canadian citizen.
Currently I am divorced and having an affair with her from 2014, lived together so far about 9 months, during my vacations in her country.

As mentioned above, since you have at least 1 parent alive and there is already an immigration program for parents, you are ineligible to sponsor your son.

You can't apply for him from any province. If he has suitable skilled education/work experience, he can see if he qualifies for any of Canada or provinces existing economic programs and apply on his own (i.e. like Express Entry, Provincial Nominee, etc etc).

I sponsored my son last year and can I sponsor my conjugal partner now?
Has your son already been approved and become a PR?

Why are you sponsoring your partner as conjugal? Are you unable to get married or live together to become common law? If so, then why? The conjugal route may not be the right choice for you given your son's sponsorship.
