No update.. whatsoever.. my travel date was from 7th July... already crossed.. not sure if atleast anyone from uae got their visitor visa recently..

It seems it is the same in the GCC area. I applied from KSA on April 14th, 2022. Travel date was July 22nd (today). No update whatsoever.

i had applied in February and received a reply from IRCC on 31st May which was 116 days.

Anybody got any update? Its been 100+ days now since our application (11 Apr 2022), still haven't received anything. No webform reply, no GCMS notes, no update. I am approaching my local MP today to see if they can help me out. Let's see what comes of it.

Yesterday was supposed to be my wedding. Yet here we are still with no visa.

My spouse applied for a visitor visa July 2021 on gkey, with no reply. We reapplied in the new portal March 2, 2022 from Abu Dhabi; again, no update. I submitted a webform a week ago and they replied that “they are prioritizing work and student visas”. So yeah, I wouldn’t get your hopes up. Very disappointing.
