congratulations.. I have an question , I received the ppr on my name and uci (pa -inland), so can my spouse (dependent-outland) send the passport for stamp based on that ppr ???

It seems like now is 9 months the processing time. I hope they do not do any draws on July until they clean their backlog on CEC.
They are busy with Ukraine and Afghanistan. However, they said because of covid they have delays. Before the conflict between Afghanistan and Ukraine they were cleaning the backlog very fast. My brother got his PR in 4 months and we both applied same day with separate applications, mine is not done yet.
It has been more than 8 months since aor(october 5th, 2021), still no updates.
Its showing: “your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.” for a long time.
In last gcms notes it was showing:
eligibility: passed, security and criminality: not started, Medical: passed, info sharing: complete. Received the note on march 11th. Anyone else in same kind of situation?

No but i applied for 2nd gcms notes about 2.5 months ago which i never received. And applied for notes again at the end of last month
