Hello everyone:


I had applied for a spousal visa for my husband back in Oct 2020 and still waiting for him to get here. I have listed the time lines and all the changes to the status to our file online for your reference. Please can someone help me understand why is it taking this long, when everything has been completed online and than statuses have changed from complete to in progress again. It is a very stressful situation and Warsaw office does not respond to inquiries.

Just to add the principal applicant is a citizen of Pakistan while I myself am a Canadian citizen

Initially our file was sent to London office but than it was moved to Warsaw office:

AOR: April 19, 2021
SA: April 19, 2021
Medical Request for principal applicant: April 27, 2021
Medical Request for Non Accompanying Dependent: April 27,2021 (Ex-spouse of Principal Applicant refused doing medical for dependents. All correspondence and legal documents were provided as per IRCC requirements)
Medical Reports received by Visa Office for Principal Applicant: May 23,2021
Medical completed for Principal Applicant: June 23, 2021
Background Check completed: Jan 5,2022
Eligibility Activity Status completed: Jan 5, 2022
Biometric Requested: Jan 20, 2021
Biometric Submitted: Jan 21, 2022
Medical Request for Non- Accompanying dependent: January 24,2022 ( Ex-spouse agreed after a lot of convincing to go ahead with it)
Eligibility Activity Status in Progress Again: Feb 1, 2022
Medical Reports Received by IRCC for Non-Accompanying Dependents: Feb 22, 2022

Did you applied already for GCMS notes? If not, I will recommend you apply for one to find out what is happening with the application. Writ of mandamus will be an option but it is too expensive as well. We all just have to wait.

I still don’t believe these updates on PR tracker mean anything. I got those updates on 18th, 19th and today 21st July. It is just a system updates I think!!

Possibly. But from April to June or so I was only getting one update a month, so it's better than nothing...

When did you applied? And did you get updates on the 18, 19 and 21 July just like me?

I applied online in November 2021. I got updates July 18 and 21. I did NOT get an update on the 19th, so ours are not exactly the same...

Hey friends. I have one question.. warsaw VO request pcc and schedule And Additional family information. Which my representative send on WSAWIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca as well. And my representative told me send through post as well which is i send..how long it will take to update on ecas I mean online tools? Any one have experience please share thanks
