I have received an email from IRCC about my application. I replied back within an hour. It says they'll send me the portal email in 2 weeks.

No, the panel physician did it for me. It is a good sign. It means your eligibility is passed.

Hi, just called ircc for an update and they advised that I have passed security check but criminality still in progress. How long should this take to get passed? I thought the criminality check was first and then the security after?
I tried linking my application today, and this worked for me too!

Called IRCC About 15 days ago
Eligibility- In process
Criminality- Passed
Info sharing- In process

Primary office- Whitehorse
Applied my GSMS notes already more than 40 days did not recieve yet.

This morning I received an email from IRCC to provide form IMM 0008 along with PCC for my wife and me.
The email directs me to upload documents through my Secure IRCC Online Account.
I linked my application to the profile and wanted to submit the form and docs however, on the application page the "How to submit additional documents link" is missing. Instead, I have a link called "View submitted application or Upload Documents" and that seems to be broken.
IRCC email also states that they should receive docs in 7 days else a decision will be taken and as a result, the application will be refused.
Question: Should I send docs through Web form?
I know it would be slower than uploading docs however i see no other option.
I tried calling IRCC the whole day and did not get connected even once.
I only have 3 more days including Wednesday, Thursday, and Monday until time is up.
Was there anyone else who experienced similar glitch on the Account details page?
How did you guys tackle this.

Could you please explain a bit?
I git a request from IRCC today for a form and PCC, however I am not getting any link to uoload the docs.
The time given is just 7 days
There is option on top to upload docs when you click on that there is separate links for your docs say pcc or ielts
