IRCC Scarborough Applicants - Online Test/Interview/DM/Oath

I believe it means that the certificate has been processed.

The standard delivery for the certificate is Canada Post, regular mail. I believe the only reason a certificate would be couriered is if you have requested urgent processing. In that case, I believe you're sent a tracking number. Otherwise it's just waiting to see whether the certificate will arrive in the mail.

For me, I know my certificate was mailed on Wednesday and though other mail has been delivered yesterday and today I still haven't received the certificate.

Can anyone please confirm how many days does it take for the OATH invitation email to come after the tracker has been updated mentioning that OATH has been scheduled?

Yes, same timeline for DM and Oath schedule.
