I submitted my application online June 1st around midnight and I still havnt received the AOR. I see people getting it right away. I know it’s only been a week but Does anyone know the average time between the submission and the AOR for online applicants?

So I called the cic office and they told me they don’t have my application. And he asked me if I received an email stating the application was received and I said yes .” He said hmm ok. Well they are processing the week of may 15th applications and I should wait and check back later”

how could they not find an online application? Anyone had this problem before?

OMG I just received my AOR. Just few hours ago they couldn’t find my application online lol. Jesus this scares me a lot now.

Received AOR Today. Are you getting any error registering online tracker ? Getting incorrect UID/application error.

I havnt registered yet. What’s the website you are using if you don’t mind.
Also I heard you have to wait 24 hours after you receive your AOR to see anything. Hope that helps.

What was the reason it was returned back to you?

I needed to submit a second ID for my kids as I only submitted their PR card & passport. You can only submit the PR card if their second ID is issued by Canada, so I resubmitted with their health cards.

Got AOR today, my submission was June 5th. Just to better understand, do they do any check on the documents provided before submitting AOR, or is it mostly automated?
