Wow congrats. Can you share your timeline? And what office. My officer did not send me the refusal even when I emailed them

August 2021 - Application recieved
December 2021 - In Process
May 2022 - Refused
June 2022 - AIP

Before I apply for reconsideration, I consult immigration lawyer and ask all the officer refusal what to do and the immigration lawyer advised me to appeal or reconsideration so I did reconsideration.

the last part of my refusal say “I accept that these hardships exist in the applicant country of origin and it affects to some degree, however the applicant submitted insufficient evidence“

so I submit new and updated evidences.
