Indian applying under SDS by travelling to India from Europe

Hi,

I'm an Indian holding the citizenship of India. However, I'm working in Europe on temporary deputation for one of the Indian company.
Can I apply for Canada student visa under SDS category by submitting application online and travel to India give medical exam & biometrics in India?

Kindly let me know if anyone knows anything.

No you can’t apply under SDS unless living in India. It states you must be a legal resident.

I'm a legal resident of India. I'm here for temporary work sent by my company on deputation. I don't hold any other rights here other than being allowed to work

So if you are paying taxes and a legal resident of India then not a problem. Use your Indian address. So you aren‘t living in Europe and paying taxes there.
