Need immediate guidance for parents visitor visa

Hi,
Myself and my wife are PR in canada since 2017 but arrived in canada in june 2019. We are from India and last visited india in November 2022 and now, we want our parents to visit us in Canada. They applied for tourist visa in April'2022 with reason to meet and spend time with family but they got visa rejection just yesterday, 27 May 2022.
Visa was rejected stating that officer is not sure if they would return back to India (that is when we did attach their return tickets). Anyhow, my concern is not this as I would reapply with more documents and details as required.
My concern are as follows:
1. If I reapply for their visa again within a week is it alright? I cant delay because we want them here in Canada by end of August and considering delays in visa, I dont think it would be a good idea to wait. Please share your thoughts.
2. My father has his visit planned for just 15 days (return tickets are booked). My mother has her visit planned for 2 months (return tickets are booked), please consider that both have travelled to Dubai and UK before as visitor for 15 days each place. The reason for my mother's staying for longer period is because my wife is pregnant however; I believe it would not be a good idea to mention her care in application, please suggest if I am on right path in this.
3. Follow up to point 2, should I apply for their visa together as a family because their assets both fixed and liquid are shared so would be more convincing to the officer. Is yes, then what reason can I give for her to stay longer which may sound good to the officer. Please suggest.

Please help so that we can do as required. I would look forward to your replies, thanks a lot in advance.

What were reasons for refusal as you only reapply if you can address reasons. Order GCMS notres if you want full explanation but notes take time to process. It is not advised to purchase tickets without a visa. Return tickets are not a reason to return. Reason to return are jobs, family, business to oversee, rental properties to oversee etc.

It is not advised to purchase tickets without a visa. Return tickets are not a reason to return. Reason to return are jobs, family, business to oversee, rental properties to oversee etc.

A retired parent might not have a job , business. for family, I am married and resident of canada, my brother is married in india (obviously not a dependent child). Yes, we do have a property for which we would include the paper this time as we did not include last time. Adding to this, we plan to include an affidavit to ensure a return.
Having said all of this, my concern are the 3 questions which I have stated, could you give your insights on that. I appreciate your response and guidance. Thanks!

Don't include the affidavit. It has no value and does not strengthen the application. Don't buy return tickets either. This also does not strengthen the application. It's good you are including the property documents.

1. Yes, you can reapply immediately.
2. Correct, do not mention care of your wife as a reason for the trip. IRCC can interpret this as working.
3. If your father no longer plans to come, then apply for your mother separately. If both of your parents are coming, they need to apply together.

I have already bought the return tickets so no choice there. Secondly, both my parent are coming together in same flight however; my father goes back in 15 days and my mother goes back after 2 months. Due to this, if I file visa together, I dont know how to justify why she is going back after 2 months when my father returns earlier.

Then mention same thing for everyone that won’t return but also they give specific reason why they wont return. Sometimes its due to home ties, financial assets, travel history, purpose of visit.
If you see your refusal letter and if you address those reasons then I guess case worker might consider as it was addressed.
My parents visa also rejected on the same day due to their financial assets, financial stability and purpose of the visit.
Moreover, if you are meeting the LICO it is best to apply for supervisa.
And I would like someone to help me how i can address my purpose of visit.

Did you order GCMS notes? If not do so as purpose of visit can mean many things.

I had one member replied that the financial assets and stability of the parents can be taken care with the super visa as i met the lico and but my job is a temporary permanent with provincial govt.
Does it help or i need full time job?

It is still an outland application. Next time it could be processed in their home country. If you meet LICO and are PR, it doesn’t matter if you are part-time. But you must address past reasons for refusal.

The thing is my parents do not have the properties or any assets.
In my previous application I put my father as the principal applicant and the bank details i have attached was my mother and they had some savings around 16 lakh.
I am still confused how i can address that.
Any suggestions what i can do this time in super visa application

Hi,

I do realize there are following 2 reasons for rejection:
1. based on your personal assets and financial status
2. based on the purpose of your visit

To address the first concern, I am adding the property papers which is owned and where my parents live. Also, I am adding property papers which is owned by my parents but rented out. Then my father is a free lancer so no work certificate but bank account statements where he gets paid for free lance work (did attach the other bank statement with last application which had liquid assets for longer term). Please let me know what else can I attach for first concern.

To address the second concern, I mentioned purpose as to meet their son and daughter-in-law. Now, we went home in November'2021 so maybe authorities are suspecting they met recently then why are they going to meet again. I don't know how to address this concern. Also, as my father goes back in 15 days and my mother goes back in 2 months so they must be wondering what is the actual purpose of visit. I dont know how to address this concern. Can someone help in this please.

Can you please help, what is an LICO?
And super visa might be more time consuming process. As I said before I want them here by end of August, I dont know if I go super visa path then I would be able to get that in time. Please suggest.
Also, how do you plan to address the purpose of visit reason. Please suggest. Thanks!

-LICO is minimum income based on your family composition including the members whom you are sponsoring.
- No S.V. take approx same time to approve as V V, if Caseworker is convince.
- In case of S.V. You can mention that they have not met your for long and that is valid ground
