I am planning to call my parents from Backhome in supervisa . But My parents dont know how to submit application online s, so that I am planning to submit application behalf of parents from Canada. Can I do that?
I am wondering if CIC track the IP address and will get any issue in the case of submitting application from Canada ?
if I can apply what documents do DOCUMENT I need to provide that I am applying behalf of my parents?

Yes you apply on behalf of your parents as their representative or help them fill out the forms from Canada although they have to sign their own forms.
