I checked it many times and it has nothing.

The email doesn't always come before the tracker shows the request, I've seen a mix of both. My email came directly to my inbox, but the tracker reflected if a day or two before I received the email.

I was received a request on Nov 24, 2021 to provide addtional info, the non criminal record. The info was provided in December 2021, but the tracker is still showing the "waiting on you". Should I contact IRCC?

Why this one only mentions 2019 and 2020 applicants? It should include everyone who are waiting. I think that's why not many people sign it
