Just give them a call, more than likely your criminality is in progress or completed same as security or they might not have further updates that officer from the call center can see and you will get a PPR very soon.I'm glad many of you in this group hear good news.
My AOR is July 30 2021. Primary office is CIO and secondary is CPC Ottawa. I passed Eligibility and medical long time ago and I haven't requested GCMS note since then.
