I had same request. I didn't get any autoreply as well. So I sent through web from as well. I called IRCC this morning and agent verified that they received but case officer did not review it yet.
Even my Ecas status stop working since last weeks. Agent said he doesn't know why it does not show.

What number did you call? I've been trying to call them but it only goes to auto replies. I want to talk to an agent.

How do I check the Completed status you mention.

You just expand "cases?phaseid" and go to the bottom to check status row. It might say either 7, Submitted or 10, Completed. There is also an option for "Returned", seen some people getting that message. So far its saying all documents approved for me. When I go to details IMM5669, Consent and Declaration, IMM 5406, IMM 5562, IMM 0008 are showing "isComplete: True" rest are still under review and reads "isComplete: Null".

I have a doubt.
We just need to take a print out of the biometrics letter and passport per applicant. Anything else? If someone is from Mumbai and has already done this then please comment. It’ll be very helpful. Thank you

Hello everyone, I submitted application mid November. and in March they asked to re fill the Use of representative form which I sent back on 2nd April. but my application still shows returned in the PR Portal. not able to link the application either. is it normal? my parents came to Canada yesterday so I will need to email immigration regarding this. does anyone know what email address should I use.

Hello everyone, at what stage do we get the application number? I applied on 6th December & F12 shows '10' completed status (last updated: 22th April) but I'm unable to link to GC key. Maybe it's the details that I'm not entering correctly. Back in 2018, my parent's visitor visa got rejected but they still got a 10 digit UCI - can I use the same UCI? TIA

When there's a request from IRCC, the gckey account will have the place to let you upload the documents they requested.

I just got an email and they asked me for submit IMM5406 for both of my parents even I did it correct before. so guys who received this before, any advise that I should be attention to that before sending their form? they also asked it should has original signature?!

they also asked me as sponsor to send form IMM5768 which is for financial evaluation?! is that formal? we already singed and sent it before so why they asked it again?

Hello Friends. I was asked to resubmit IMM5406e for both parents which I have done on the weekend. I was asked to send the documents on an email that was provided and not to update the portal. For anyone who has done it in this matter before, did you get any system generated confirmation mail after sending it. The mail did not bounce so am assuming its gone. However, if anyone sent before has got a receipt, please let me know. TIA.

I received biometrics instruction letters today for my dad and my 17-year-old brother. My mom got biometrics done in 2018 for visitor visa and it is valid until 2028.
Application was submitted on November 25, 2021.
F12 shows Status ID was changed to 10 “completed” on April 8.
I linked application to GCKey on May 2 (it probably could have been linked earlier but I had entered the wrong number for the last question because I had not included my 30-yo sister in the number of her people).
