Hello. I have a query. Would appreciate any advice or help. My profile is: AOR DEC 2020, LVO, ADR REQUEST received on 3RD MARCH 2022 and submitted on 10TH MARCH 2022 and awaiting further response from ircc. I was working in a company for one year from 10/2/2017 until 9/2/2018. I have received an experience certificate from the company as well as have also taken a work reference letter from my supervisor for detailed information about roles and responsibilities. However only today did I notice a small error and was unaware of it. My experience letter has correctly stated my tenure from 10/2/2017 to 9/2/2018, but in my work reference letter from my supervisor, he stated my tenure as 9/2/2017 to 9/2/2018. I assume it to be a typo error from his side. Even while filling my application and Schedule A, I have stated my tenure always from 10/2/2017 to 9/2/2018. Now I am worried will this create any issues or rejection for me? Being so close to this journey, i do not want to receive a rejection for such a small issue. Please kindly advice what can I do at the moment? @legalfalcon will appreciate your input

I got an GU on 6th May, 2022, and my background check was changed FROM "WE ARE PROCESSING " TO YOUR APPLICATION IS IN PROGRESS". Does it means that my eligibility is passed? Also when can I expect ADR if any.

Hi there,
We have received Medical request yesterday on May 09 for our spousal /family sponsorship application. The earliest appointment we got is Jun 22 beyond 30 days of IRRC deadline May 08/22. What are our options.
Do we have to notify London visa office as per instructions letter it says if you are unable to complete your medical examination within the 30 day timeframe provided, it is your responsibility to inform the IRCC office responsible for processing your application as soon as possible.
Do we have to raise a webform to notify and request for extension until June 22 or is there any email address for LVO? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated from your experience.

Yes it looks like your eligibility is passed. You will receive an ADR very soon hopefully. What is your COR?
