I think you can give feedback/complaint/comment in their portal. Below is the link. But not sure whether it will be looked by IRCC and they respond to it..Isn't there any way to escalate the situation.. There is no transparency to their process. From last 6 months we are just guessing what is going on with our applications with hardly any results.
