H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Hello friends,
My arrival to Canada was May 2017 and since then I have been staying here. Last month, I got my PR on H&C grounds.
I have a question about citizenship application timelines. To apply for Citizenship, will they count my stay since 2017 or will it be from April 2022.
If they count from May 2017, I should be eligible to apply for Citizenship immediately ( almost 5 five years continuous stay in Canada)
Not sure about the process. Kindly guide me.

Right of residence fee can be paid after AIP. You will have link in your AIP letter (if not yet received) on how to pay. You can pay online also https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?countrySelect=CA&lob=hc

There should be a section about RPRF inside your AIP letter with your payment options. You will pay online and email receipt in pdf to your Stage 2 office.

Hello to all waiting gamers and members,

I would like to raise a news thread about H&C application. I know we already got few on this forum but you will agree with me that H&C still a mystery for most of his applicant.

Other immigration programs have so much threads and are well documented. So I wish we can create at least one more for H&C. I have to admit that these programs are less unpredictable in terme of processing time so it much easier to rely on another appliquant timeline to guess your's. But lets try to combine as much infos as we can to get an idea of what we are going through.

I thought about timeline spreadsheet but I have no idea how to create it in this forum.

I know many of people will read this and pass their way, Please don't! If you click on this tittle it's beceause you have something to tell or to ask, so just comment. Your words could help someone or you can get some help.
Even a copie paste of your experience and/or Processing time will be great.

No. Nothing except H&C if you have exhausted all appeal avenue.

Only options are H&C or spousal sponsorship if you have a spouse / common law partner who is Canadian.

None of the economic immigration programs (e.g. PNP, Express Entry, etc.) are an option since you need to have valid status in Canada in order to apply through those.

today i receive an email from nigara falls office, asking me to submit my picture for PR card by using PORTAL.

my question is :- do i need to make an account with ircc online and then submit my picture for my PR.
