Biometrics previously done on July 9, 2021
Showing processing background check
My previous application from May 2021 in the old portal shows as withdrawn.

Hi, may I know what was the processing time when you first applied back in October ?
also When you received the approval, was it indicated in the email the starting date of your visa & how for long is it valid ?

If reasons are unfair then appeal it. The new portal runs on Chinook and so inconsistent with decision making. Saying this from personal exp and that of a few friends who got visa through court
