DECEMBER 2021 *OUTLAND* Spousal Sponsorship

My husband is Dec 4 online outland applicant. We are in the same boat as you. No AOR.
I’m a long time lurker. My wife and I submitted our application Outland Spousal by mail on December 22nd it was received on December 29th according to tracking. We received what I believe is AOR1 in March. I was able to link my application is GCKey about a week later. I got an update about biometric payment April 6. On April 8 I received request for medical, and medical was completed April 9. I passed medical on April 18. On April 14 I got a request for new background check. I submitted new bg check on April 15 through GCKey. And it now says they are reviewing the document(s) I’ve submitted as of April 22nd.
Can anyone help on what the next steps are? Is my application at a VO already and being processed?

I thought it was weird at first but proceeded to link my application regardless.
I found that the new tracker and gckey is not in sync.
I received my SA, which was updated on the new tracker, but not reflected on gckey.
Anybody else in the same boat?
I cant even use the new tracker I think they screwed up my email and I can’t sign up because I need the code they send by email.
True they aren't in sync at all. For us the tracker isn't even updating for straight 10 days.
We too received SA same day as AOR, but this ain't reflecting on online tracker nor in the gc key account. I assume with eligibility, they are to review PA's and not sponsor's.. this is the best I could think as of now to stay calm as this wait game is overwhelming.

We got the AOR for the outland application on 4th April and received the email on 18th April to link with GCkey, but when we are trying to link the existing application after creating new account, it kept giving the error "No application found"
Does anyone have any idea?

Today I submitted my wife's online outland sponsorship application. She had done upfront medical but we forgot to include the sheet in the application. However, I have mentioned about it in my document checklist 5333e form.
I am wondering what should I do? Send through webform it when I get the AoR?
Will they return my application as incomplete? (Hopefully not!)
I hear that they will request a new medical down the processing timeline.
I would appreciate some answers. Thank you!

I'd like to share my new update:
April 25, 2022 - Eligibility from "Not Started" it is now "In Progress"
You can change the email address though. I had the same issue before with New PRT Tracker. It keeps on pointing to my Sponsors email address. So what I did, I used webform and send email to IRCC. I did not receive any confirmation from them but I was able to use my email address after.
Why there is an upfront medical? If it's family sponsorship you do not decide when to have medical. You need to wait for request because it has IME number given by IRCC. You can only have upfront if it's Student or Tourist and also Work Permit

Kindly exhaust all the option available to link the account in GCKey. I have been there too. I have tried everyday for 3 days until an my application showed up.
I wanted to apply for TRV at first. So, my wife did an upfront medical exam. Later we decided that we are applying for Sponsorship. That is why, we have an upfront medical but forgot to include the sheet in the application.
