my cousin got same email but a week later is ecas change decision made then couple email copr he is waiting on pr card now

you should get an email soon too
Just be patient you already done the hard part

If you submitted a judicial review the H&c office put your application in hold up to you get your answers if your judicial review is positive then your reconsideration will be positive too

How sure you're about this!! My lawyer has advised me after I got a negative decision for my refugee case to apply for H&C and appeal the decision to the Federal court at the same time. Do you have a link or document that support your statement. Thanks

I waited for 12 months before submitting my H&C application. However, I appealed to the Federal court within 30 days of receiving the negative decision.

No, the federal hearing session was for the refugee case. I appealed to the federal court in May 2019 and my hearing session was in February 2022. almost 3 years.

Yes it's true it's on hold , I also had a judicial review for refugee and H&C..when i requested for my GCMS it was on hold yet on Ecas it says it's in process ..you can check for your decision on Federal court appeal decisions

Yes it's true it's on hold , I also had a judicial review for refugee and H&C..when i requested for my GCMS it was on hold yet on Ecas it says it's in process ..you can check for your decision on Federal court appeal decisions

I still have not received any of my GCM notes. I emailed them about the one since November and no response and I really last month still nothing. So am not sure what’s happening.
