I applied for Study Permit on 19 January, 2022 and my eligibility review started on 17 March, 2022. Within how many days can I expect the visa decision? It's been 87 days since I have submitted my application. It's taking long time to process, does that mean visa will get rejected?

Time doesn’t mean rejections. Processing time averages 14 weeks so you are within the normal range.
