Considering 95 days processing time is over and if we still don't have an update.. What should be the next step of action? 2ould Gcms notes make any sense since there is no update on the application itself.

From which date processing times are considered? Is it from the date of application submitted or from the date when the Biometrics done?

So how about the application that doesn’t need biometrics??
The portal says processing from the time they recieve all documents... I guess for new applications the day we submit biometrics as that is the last action we take on the application and for the ones using previous biometrics would be when the complete application is submitted..

but seeing the trend, they are going with application date…like november applications, 7,8,9 dated decisions came in sequence

Oh what i meant is some applicants don’t need biometrics (age group below 14 years). How about that case?

Yeah it is a little confusing. As my Date of application is 19th November and Biometrics date is 10th December, I am still waiting for the status to move. I saw somebody got PPR and their timeline is as below:

Application: Nov 23
Biometrics request : Nov 24
Biometric submitted: Dec 13
Biometrics completed: Dec 16
passport request: March 14

Considering this I dont think this is happening in sequence.

what i found is that, a sequence started from november first week and then another sequence set on nov 22,23 applications going through (all applications were from india)!

I don't see any sequence. Nov 9th applicant is getting PPR and still Nov 4th applicant is waiting. Looks like some random processing with some logic / priority on some files. And not sure whether gckey and new portal are getting processed at the same time. Going mad day by day waiting eagerly for the PPR.. Let's pray that all Nov2021 files applied through both gckey and new portal will be cleared this month. Fingers crossed..

Someone in some thread mentioned, they will open the files based on the sequence and they will put the file for more review based on the complexity of the application or the extra time needed for verification/decision-making according to documents attached.

My question is for the people who applied before this Nov 9th or before Nov 22nd?
Is your applications a bit complex than normal?
My spouse trv application is on Nov 26 and it is a bit complex because 1. It was rejected before 2. It has lots of documents attached that needs to be verified

Applied on 4th Nov for my mom...trv through GC key portal.. Nothing complex I guess as showed her funds and my brother is in India so she had reasons to return. Reason given was tourism as I wasn't aware of my pregnancy then...recently attached pregnancy confirmation letter from doctor... If I add any new document does that delay the application further
