Wes evaluation (ECA)

Hi all,
A few days ago, I received my ECA report saying: "Diploma (two years) from a non-recognized institution."
My immigration consultant informed me that this ECA report is not recognized by immigration (IRCC) to obtain points and is equal to no education in Canada, which means that I lost 98 points for my express entry profile. Also, they didn't mention why they didn't recognize it as my institute is one of the most popular in Europe.
I have 2 year's diploma as a Pastry Chef :

Credential Authentication: Documents were sent directly by the institution
Country or Territory: Greece
Credential: Certificate in Professional Confection Production - Pastry Chef
Year: 2015
Awarded By: LE MONDE Institute of Hotel and Tourism Studies
Status: Non-recognized Institution Major: Professional Confection Production Canadian
Equivalency: Diploma (two years) from a non-recognized institution

Does anybody know if there is any other organization except WES that will evaluate this kind of education ???

You have to try another but if not recognized, other ECA organizations may have same response. Start with IQAS. I assume because it is not a university or college. It would be like Cordon Bleu schools. Being popular doesn’t mean anything.

Not sure what you mean. Many people get ECA and says not recognized. You have to try another ECA organization and see what happens.

I mean if anybody knows which ECA organization can recognize "vocational training schools"
I assume my institute is considered an academic-vocational institute.
