Hey, my study permit expired and then I applied for PGWP is got the approval in January but due to incomplete address my work permit hard copy was returned back to IRCC. In February I called them and gave them my new complete address and they told me my document will be delivered to my new address. I have been calling them sinxe February but all they say is they don't know when the office will act on it. My SIN has expired but service Canada is not extended my SIN unless I have my Work Permit hard copy in hand. I am confused whether I can work in this situation or no?
