Hello all, I am trying to find some information about work eligibility for a US citizen, looking to work remotely for a Canadian company. There would be no travel to Canada, all work would 100% be remote. I understand there would be tax requirements for the US side, and from what I could learn there would be non-resident tax obligations for CRA as well.
The part I am struggling to find more information on is "Are you legally eligible to work in Canada?". I don't believe I would need a Work Visa since there would be no physical travel. But I cannot find anything that specifically spells out what is required.
Thank you for all your assistance!
