Hello...I posted in the Family Sponsorship forum and was advised that people here might be able to help....I am married to an American and I am a Canadian Citizen. I am wondering a few things about filing my income tax. I am wondering how I am supposed to file my income taxes. Up to this year, I have been able to file for the equivalent to spouse amount because I have 3 kids. I would like to know if I am able to still claim that this final year. Also, my husband is not yet living here with us. How do I claim his income or information as he is still a non resident of Canada. Can someone with tax knowledge help me please or maybe advise me where I can go to get this information as CRA website does not help at all!!!
