Iam currently open PGWP, expiring in June. I applied for inland spousal PR and got AOR email. Now I am planing to apply for SOWP. So for the first question in the application form, I AM APPLYING FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING
1) Apply for work permit with the same employer
2) Apply for work permit for the first time or new employer
3) Get a new temporary resident permit
4) Restore my status us a worker
which one should I select as it not my first time applying for work permit and also Iam on open work permit at the time,so not sure whether to select apply for work permit with same employer.
anyone knows this or been through the same situation?
