Right of Permanent Residence Fee - Refund

Hi,

I applied for PR Skilled worker at buffalo in Sep 2005. I see that the canadian govt have started issuing refund of RPRF.

The request form is asking for a copy of COPR, while i am yet to get my IA. Can I apply for refund now with only photcopy of my receipt?

Read the instructions http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resid-fee/refund.html
and apply for a refund of the difference to the office where you applied.
